Bali Voices : Why Is Bali Facing Fuel Shortages? CERI Questions Pertamina’s Supply Readiness

The Center of Energy and Resources Indonesia (CERI) has questioned whether delayed tanker arrivals alone caused fuel shortages in Bali and parts of East Java. CERI Director Yusri Usman has called for an independent audit of Pertamina Patra Niaga’s fuel procurement, stock management, supplier contracts, and distribution system. The group also urged accountability from relevant company directors as long queues continued at fuel stations across Bali.
